Tekskills Inc. is seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants (Functional/Technical/both) for D365 Finance & Operations projects in Mumbai. You will work on implementation and support, gather requirements, and deliver solutions across finance and SCM modules.

Role requires hands-on configuration, customization, and integration development using X++, .NET, SQL, Power Platform, and Azure services. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

We are hiring experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants with expertise in Functional or Technical or both areas in D365 Finance & Operations. Candidates with strong implementation and support experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on D365 F&O implementation and support projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide solutions
• Perform system configuration (Functional) and customization (Technical)
• Develop and enhance solutions using X++, .NET, and integrations
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and prepare required documentation
• Support data migration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
• Provide user training, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• Experience in D365 Finance & Operations
• Functional knowledge in Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank) or SCM modules
• Technical skills in X++, .NET, SQL
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure services
• Knowledge of integrations (APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
