JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to BFSI business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Conduct workshops and training sessions focused on specific use cases and processes.
• Support testing phases including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Work closely with technical teams on integration with core banking systems, payment gateways, and other BFSI platforms.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and BFSI industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage a team of functional consultants & drive their productivity & quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8-15 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with significant exposure to BFSI domain.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations within BFSI organizations.
• Ability to map complex business requirements to Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of integration with core systems, APIs, and data migration tools.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
