Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Delhi is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant (functional/technical or both) to lead implementation and support projects. You will gather requirements, configure modules, and develop integrations.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on skills in X++, .NET, SQL, Power Platform, and Azure services. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience implementing or supporting D365 F&O applications.
• Strong knowledge of Finance or SCM modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and go-live support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 F&O implementation and ongoing support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Configure functional aspects and customize technical components as needed.
• Develop integrations using APIs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We are hiring experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants with expertise in Functional or Technical or both areas in D365 Finance & Operations. Candidates with strong implementation and support experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on D365 F&O implementation and support projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide solutions
• Perform system configuration (Functional) and customization (Technical)
• Develop and enhance solutions using X++, .NET, and integrations
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and prepare required documentation
• Support data migration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
• Provide user training, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• Experience in D365 Finance & Operations
• Functional knowledge in Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank) or SCM modules
• Technical skills in X++, .NET, SQL
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure services
• Knowledge of integrations (APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
