Job summary

通用磨坊股份有限公司 in Mumbai seeks an experienced Supply Chain Planning specialist to coordinate with SAP/OMP teams, drive planning enhancements, and manage complex configurations for optimal performance.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning, 3+ years with OMP, and strong communication to partner with business users and vendors. On-site position with rotational on-call support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of related experience in Supply chain Planning system.
• Experience with OMP planning system in any module.
• Good understanding of master data and transactional data required for SAP ECC and Planning Tools (APO/OMP etc.)
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with System Maintenance Consultant, Centre of Excellence, OMP team, Data engineers and SAP Development teams to resolve planning related issues within SLA target timelines.
• Lead development, testing and cutover of enhancements and projects related to Planning.
• Manage complex system configurations to meet evolving business needs and ensure optimal performance.
• Lead OMP PAK deployment activities, including defining testing requirements, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion for the Plan Product team.
• Proactively work to improve overall environment stability and ease of support.
• Develop close partnership with business users to gain a deep understanding of needs and align priorities.
• Rotational off-hour support.
• Support day-to-day Run activities.
• Provide extended hour production support based on the monthly rotation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Full Time graduation from an accredited university.
• Experience: 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of related experience in Supply chain Planning system.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with OMP planning system in any module.
  • Good understanding of master data and transactional data required for SAP ECC and Planning Tools (APO/OMP etc.)
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, (understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions) IT teams and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ Years in OMP with experience in any of the OMP - OPR, S&OP, IO & FCT modules.
• Good understanding of integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIs, third-party systems) and managing data flows between systems.
• Understanding of full Planning processes - from forecast creation to finite scheduling & MRP.
• Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills.
• An analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, employing innovative approaches to business and technical challenges.
• Willingness to continue learning to expand and build on skill sets.
