Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an IT Business Solutions Analyst – Demand and Supply Planning (OMP) in Bengaluru. The role focuses on OMP and SAP (ECC MM/PP) planning, with 5-8 years of supply planning experience.

You will deploy OMP solutions across markets, work on global templates, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to OMP, APO, and SAP planning data, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Supply Planning and OMP/SCM environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC modules MM and PP and planning tools (APO/OMP).

• Experience managing L3 tickets in SAP and OMP is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, with expertise in SAP ECC (MM, PP) and planning tools like APO/OMP, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong soft skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience managing L3 tickets in SAP and OMP is a must.
• Operational exposure is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
