Job summary

General Mills India Centre’s Digital & Technology team seeks a D&T Analyst I Master Data Operations focused on SAP Customer Master Data. You will execute maintenance activities, review requests, and support mass data handling to ensure accurate customer records.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Assistant D&T Manager in India. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of SAP Master Data experience, proficiency in S4/HANA and ECC, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience maintaining SAP Master Data in customer and/or vendor data domains.
• Hands-on knowledge on SAP Master Data.
• Good written and verbal skills in English.
• S4 Hana, SAP ECC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP Master Data for Customer and related master data processes.
• Perform mass data loads using SAP tools such as LSMW or Winshuttle Evolve.
• Review requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock or deactivate master data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, and E&C teams as needed.

Overview

The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of D&T Analyst I Master Data Operations. This role will report into Assistant D&T Manager in India and functionally collaborate with functions like Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, E&C teams among others. It is an individual contributor role. In this role, you will execute and support maintenance activities to SAP Customer master data as approved by business. Review process including requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data and execute mass maintenance requests as directed.

Key Accountabilities

• Preferred exposure to SAP master data domain (Customer)
• Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines
• 8+ years of Industry-relevant experience maintaining SAP Master Data in vendor and/or customer data domains
• General SAP Master Data / Analyst experience / skills
• Mass Loads using SAP tools/ LSMW or other software / Evolve/ Service Now
• Workflow processing with SAP MDM or MDG
• Lead single domain scope & increasing complexity
• Learning/Leveraging on D&T Capabilities Self-Assessment

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Full-Time graduation from an accredited university.
• Experience : Preferred years of related experience 8+ years
• Hands on Knowledge on Customer Master Data
• Must have good written and verbal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of SQL, data management, integration, and analytics
• Good interpersonal skills can deal and communicate effectively in English (both in writing and verbally) with colleagues and business users.
