General Mills India Centre is seeking a D&T Analyst I – Master Data Operations to maintain SAP Customer Master Data, process requests, and support mass data changes. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the D&T Manager in India.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SAP Master Data, hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA, Winshuttle Evolve, and Service Now or similar tools, plus strong English communication and collaboration across Sales, Finance and Operations.

OVERVIEW

The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of D&T Analyst I – Master Data Operations. This role will report into Assistant D&T Manager in India and functionally collaborate with functions like Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, E&C teams among others. It is an individual contributor role. In this role, you will execute and support maintenance activities to SAP Customer master data as approved by business. Review process including requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data and execute mass maintenance requests as directed.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Preferred exposure to SAP master data domain (Customer)

• Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines

• 8+ years of Industry-relevant experience maintaining SAP Master Data in vendor and/or customer data domains

• General SAP Master Data / Analyst experience / skills

• Mass Loads using SAP tools/ LSMW or other software / Evolve/ Service Now

• Workflow processing with SAP MDM or MDG

• Lead single domain scope & increasing complexity

• Learning/Leveraging on D&T Capabilities Self-Assessment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Full-Time graduation from an accredited university.
• Experience : Preferred years of related experience 8+ years
• Hands on Knowledge on Customer Master Data
• Must have good written and verbal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of SQL, data management, integration, and analytics
