Job summary

General Mills India Centre seeks a D&T Analyst I – Master Data Operations to maintain SAP Customer Master Data. The role reports to the Assistant D&T Manager and collaborates with Sales, Customer Ops, Finance and E&C.

You will execute maintenance requests, mass loads, and workflow processes using SAP MDM/MDG, LSMW, Winshuttle and Service Now. A strong 8+ years in SAP master data is required, with excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience maintaining SAP Master Data in vendor and/or customer data domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Master Data and related tools.
• Experience with mass loads using SAP tools such as LSMW or Evolve/Service Now.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support maintenance of SAP Customer Master Data.
• Review and process requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate master data.
• Perform mass maintenance using SAP tools and workflow with MDG/MDM.

It is an individual contributor role. In this role, you will execute and support maintenance activities to SAP Customer master data as approved by business.
