Job summary

General Mills India Centre seeks a D&T Analyst I – Master Data Operations to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation by maintaining SAP Customer Master Data and supporting mass maintenance requests.

You will report to the Assistant D&T Manager and collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, and E&C teams as an individual contributor with 8+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in S4 HANA/SAP ECC, Winshuttle, Evolve, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Education: Full-Time graduation from an accredited university.
• Experience: 8+ years in SAP Master Data (Customer) domain.
• Hands-on knowledge of Customer Master Data; proficiency in S4 HANA, SAP ECC, Winshuttle, Evolve, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP Customer Master Data as approved by the business.
• Review requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or modify master data.
• Execute mass maintenance requests and leverage SAP tools for data management.
• Lead domain scope with increasing complexity and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, and E&C teams.

OVERVIEW

The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of D&T Analyst I – Master Data Operations. This role will report into Assistant D&T Manager in India and functionally collaborate with functions like Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, E&C teams among others. It is an individual contributor role. In this role, you will execute and support maintenance activities to SAP Customer master data as approved by business. Review process including requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data and execute mass maintenance requests as directed.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Preferred exposure to SAP master data domain (Customer)
• Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines
• 8+ years of Industry-relevant experience maintaining SAP Master Data in vendor and/or customer data domains
• General SAP Master Data / Analyst experience / skills
• Mass Loads using SAP tools/ LSMW or other software / Evolve/ Service Now Workflow processing with SAP MDM or MDG
• Lead single domain scope & increasing complexity
• Learning/Leveraging on D&T Capabilities
• Self-Assessment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Full-Time graduation from an accredited university.
• Experience : Preferred years of related experience 8+ years
• Hands on Knowledge on Customer Master Data Must have good written and verbal skills S4 Hana, SAP ECC Service Now Winshuttle Evolve

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of SQL, data management, integration, and analytics
• Good interpersonal skills – can deal and communicate effectively in English (both in writing and verbally) with colleagues and business users.
