Job summary

GSR Business Services seeks a Cypress Automation Test Engineer in Bengaluru to join a fast-paced, client-facing team for Siemens Healthineers. You will develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress, Mocha, Jasmine, JavaScript, and related tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across API, UI and integration layers.

Expect 3 days from office work mode, 2 rounds of virtual interviews, and an immediate to 10 days notice period.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in test automation.
• Hands-on with Cypress, Mocha, Jasmine, JavaScript, Chai, Applitools, Jest, and BDD.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop test automation scripts/framework for Lab Diagnostics products.
• Develop Test scripts using Cypress.
• Design and execute test scripts at API, UI and integration levels.
• Experience in FlaUI UI testing of Windows applications is an added advantage.
• Integrate with CI pipeline and monitor/triage failures.
• Maintain integration test suite with quality and continuous improvement mindset.
• Refine automated tests to ensure high test coverage.
• Report errors in bug tracking tool and track issues to closure.
• Perform defect analysis and RCA.
• Create test documentation including test specs, impact analysis and summary reports.
• Perform manual tests as required by the project.
