Must-Have Skills

• 5-8 years of professional experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
• Hands‑on expertise in Cypress
• Strong programming/scripting knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript or Java/Python.
• Experience in setting up automation frameworks from scratch and scaling them across teams.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Exposure to cloud‑based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps integration.
• Proven experience in leading distributed teams, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of API automation (REST, GraphQL) using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
