Job summary

Advance Career Solutions is seeking a Test Automation Engineer/SDET with 5-7 years of experience to strengthen UI and API automation efforts. The candidate will work in Bangalore (onsite) and contribute to building scalable automation frameworks using Java, Python, C#, JavaScript along with Selenium and REST tooling.

Responsibilities include integrating tests into CI/CD, collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams, and enhancing test coverage across microservices and databases.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of UI and API automation experience.
• Hands-on with Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in Selenium or Cypress for UI automation and API tools for REST testing.
• Experience building frameworks (POM) and CI/CD integration.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with at least one RDBMS/NoSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI and API automation frameworks.
• Implement test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver quality software.
• Design and optimize automation strategies and tooling.
• Contribute to performance, security, and reliability testing.

SDET / Test Automation Engineer | 57 Years

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer / SDET with 5-7 years of experience in UI and API automation.

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, C# or JavaScript.
• UI automation using Selenium / Cypress.
• API and microservices automation using REST Assured, Postman, Karate, ReadyAPI.
• Experience with Cucumber, BDD/TDD and automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD, Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker.
• Experience creating automation frameworks from scratch and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance, load, security, accessibility or usability testing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
