Job summary

SafeAeon Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Bid Manager to lead research, evaluation and timely submission of RFPs, RFQs and tenders. You will coordinate with SMEs, Sales and Finance to assemble winning proposals and maintain content repositories.

Ideal candidates will excel in opportunity analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and structured proposal preparation to support global growth in cybersecurity services.

Qualifications

• Research and identify relevant RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, tenders and procurement opportunities.
• Through free and paid platforms, government portals, databases and online sources.
• Evaluate opportunities and determine their relevance to our business.
• Review RFP requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines and submission requirements.
• Prepare opportunity summaries and Bid/No-Bid recommendations for Management.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Sales, Operations, Finance and Management to collect inputs.
• Support the preparation, organization and review of proposal responses.
• Research prospective clients, industries and relevant business information.
• Maintain RFP trackers, deadlines and submission documentation.
• Ensure responses are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain a repository of previous proposals, case studies, company information and other reusable content.
