Job summary

Baker Tilly International is seeking a Senior Cyber Penetration Tester to perform network and web app security assessments from Bangalore, India. You will conduct vulnerability scans, exploit weaknesses, and deliver detailed reports to clients.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite Pro, and Kali Linux, along with cloud pentesting in AWS/Azure and Kubernetes environments. OSCP/GPEN or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of TCP/IP networking and endpoint attack experience.
• 2+ years of vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
• 2+ years in an internal or external cybersecurity role (e.g., threat/penetration testing, ethical hacking, OWASP Top 10).
• Collaborative and able to communicate effectively with a team.
• Desired certifications include OSCP, GPEN, OWASP-related certs (OSWA, OSWE), ASCP, CASA.
• Proficient with Burp Suite, Nessus, Kali Linux; cloud pentesting (K8s, AWS, Azure).
• Experience testing web apps, APIs, mobile apps, physical security, and social engineering.
• Experience with Dradis is a plus; knowledge of vulnerabilities and exploits.

• Test client web/mobile applications and APIs to expose security weaknesses and produce quality reports.
