Job summary

SolutionBox Insight Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated CRM Executive/CRM Manager to manage our customer database, handle interactions, and strengthen client relationships across channels.

You will focus on customer retention, repeat business, and brand loyalty through proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and data-driven insights to improve satisfaction and loyalty for our diverse client base. The role requires 1–3 years of CRM experience and strong English and Hindi communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Marketing, Business, or IT).
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer relationship or CRM-related role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or in-house software).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and email tools.
• Good listening skills, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage data and follow process-based work.
