Job summary

Talent Acquaintance in Indore is seeking a customer service professional to join our chat support team. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving, and teamwork to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced BPO environment. Experience in chat or non-voice support is preferred.
