Job summary

Sutherland in India (Bhopal) is seeking capable individuals to handle customer inquiries via chat and email, with optional voice support when required. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, with a preference for those within 25 km of the office.

The role is a 5-day workweek on a 3-month contract, with transport/travel support as per policy.

Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
• Qualification: HSC / 12th & Above.
• Good English communication and typing skills.
• Willing to work US Rotational Night Shifts.
• Office-based role; candidates within 25 km preferred.
