Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer handling - Translate technical terms into simple, actionable steps for non-technical users.
• Assist users via inbound voice calls.
• Processing requests: Handle customers who approaches with technical issues in smart devices.

Skills Required:

• Candidate must have excellent communication skills,
• Candidates' withe 6 months+ experience is mandatory
• Should hold basic technical skills like troubleshoot, Wi-Fi connection, handle smart device connectivity issue.
• Candidate must have the ability to learn new things
• And should be flexible with shifts (Predominantly night shift)
• Clear verbal and written proficiency paired with active listening and patience.
