Job summary

Kheyti in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking an entry-level Field Support Associate to provide day-to-day advisory services to farmers. You will be the first line of contact, logging issues, and turning problems into action.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc in Agriculture or Horticulture, are strong communicators, and comfortable with data management. This is a full-time on-site role with a mobile allowance and opportunities to impact smallholder farming.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for farmers-Take control of Inbound calls, listen, understand, and log their issues
• Turn problems into action by creating and assigning cases to the right teams
• Drive closure by following up and ensuring issues are resolved on time
• Stay close to the ground by collecting harvest data from farmers- Outbound calls
• Keep everything accurately updated so no farmer request gets lost
