Vehicore Technologies in Delhi (Okhla/Faridabad) is hiring a customer support executive to handle escalations via phone, WhatsApp and email. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers updated with clear, polite communications.

The role suits fresh graduates (0-2 years) who are fluent in English and Hindi, with good writing skills and basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Office-based role with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; fluent English and Hindi (must).
• Good written English for email and WhatsApp replies.
• Calm, patient and confident when handling upset customers.
• Graduates or candidates pursuing graduation (regular/open/distance welcome).
• Freshers welcome (0-2 years); prior customer support/BPO experience is a plus.

• Freshers welcome (0-2 years); prior customer support/BPO experience is a plus
• Comfortable working on a laptop; basic MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Work from office: Delhi (Okhla) or Faridabad
