Job summary

SkillRoom Talent is hiring Customer Support Executives for a domestic voice process in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Handle customer queries for a leading insurance and EdTech brand in Hindi and English. Freshers with clear Hindi communication are welcome.

Responsibilities include handling inbound Hindi calls, resolving policy, course enrolment, and payment queries within TAT, and updating CRM after every call. Escalate unresolved cases and maintain CSAT per benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or graduate
• Jaipur local preferred; available to join within 7 days
• Basic computer skills
• Prior BPO experience in insurance or EdTech domain
• Knowledge of insurance or education products
