Job summary

Equations Placements is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Mumbai's Malad & Goregaon corridors. The role offers direct payroll, 5 days work with 2 days off, and 24/7 rotational shifts if applicable.

The compensation includes salary up to 7.50 lakhs per annum plus night shift allowance of 4–7k monthly and an annual bonus up to 50k. Graduates or undergraduates with excellent communication skills are invited to apply, with 1+ year of BPO/non-BPO experience and an experience letter required.
