Job summary

Malhotra Book Depot is seeking a customer service representative to respond to inquiries promptly and assist customers across multiple channels. You will know our products inside and out to answer questions and help with orders, forms, applications, and requests.

You'll keep records of interactions and feedback, coordinate with colleagues, and strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support and improving service efficiency.
