Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality on-site customer support by diagnosing and resolving product/service issues efficiently.
• Handle installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of RFID, AIDC, and barcode solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to deliver end-to-end support.
• Conduct customer training sessions for better product understanding and usage.
• Proactively identify potential issues and escalation when required.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, upgrades, and industry trends.
• Ready to travel outside Delhi for customer support visits and complaint resolution as required.
