The candidate will be responsible for onsite and inhouse technical support, troubleshooting, and repair of barcode and mobility devices. The role includes customer support, field visits, installation assistance, and basic hardware troubleshooting for industrial and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Repair
• Diagnose and repair: Barcode Printers, Barcode Scanners, Mobile Scanners, Android Handheld Devices, Android Tablets
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Handle hardware testing, fault diagnosis, and component replacement.
• Customer Support: Provide onsite support at customer locations.
• Provide online/remote technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with customers for issue resolution and service updates.
• Ensure timely closure of service calls and complaints.
• Installation & Service Coordination: Assist in device installation and configuration.
• Support customers with software connectivity and operational guidance.
• Maintain service reports and documentation for completed jobs.
