What would you be doing?

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat or calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, understanding their goals.

• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Stay updated on product updates and policies.
• Watch Reels and YouTube videos daily to enhance fashion sense and social media strategy for creators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support experience.
• Assist customers in regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) for personalized communication.
