Responsibilities

Job Overview

A Customer Support Associate is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. Responsibilities include communicating with customers in‑person, over the phone or via email, filling out forms after each interaction to determine frequent customer feedback or questions, and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies, with a complete focus on accounts receivables.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Successfully handle customer queries.
• Attend calls, make calls, draft emails and gather required information.
• Have good knowledge of preparing quotations, invoices and processing purchase orders.
• Knowledge of stock inventory.
• Knowledge of Tally.
• Responsible for daily, weekly and month‑end account activities including accounts receivables and payables.
• Manage vendors and bill payments.
• Maintain branch petty cash account.
• Coordinate with head offices/branch offices on quotations, invoicing, delivery, logistics, taxation etc.
• Handle company correspondence & reports independently.
• Follow up payments with customers and manage bill receivables.
• Manage office space.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Possess a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Upload invoices to customer portal for payment processing.

Qualification & Experience

• Experience: 3 to 5 years.
• Education: Commerce graduate.
• Salary: INR 4 to 6 lakhs per annum.
