Job Overview

A Customer Support Associate is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. Duties include communicating with customers in‑person, over the phone or via email, filling out forms after each interaction to determine frequent customer feedback or questions, and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies. The role has a complete focus on accounts receivables.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Successfully handle customer queries.
• Attend calls, make calls, draft emails, and gather required information.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and process purchase orders.
• Maintain knowledge of stock inventory.
• Utilize Tally for accounting tasks.
• Execute daily, weekly, and month‑end account activities including accounts receivables and payables.
• Manage vendors and bill payments.
• Maintain branch petty cash account.
• Coordinate with head office / branch offices on quotations, invoicing, delivery, logistics, taxation, etc.
• Handle company correspondence and reports independently.
• Perform payment follow‑up with customers and manage bill receivables.
• Manage office space.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Possess a positive attitude and act as a team player.
• Upload invoices to the customer portal for payment processing.
• Perform SFDC Service Cloud activities.

Qualification & Experience

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Education: Commerce Graduate

Salary: INR 4 to 6 lakhs per annum
