The role focuses on increasing renewal rates, driving adoption and consumption, improving customer satisfaction, and working with our customers to achieve these goals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with enterprise customers and familiarity with insurance broking or B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success serving enterprise customers with 1000+ employees.
• Experience in Insurance Broking Industry or B2B SaaS preferred.
