Job summary

N Human Resources & Management Systems is seeking a proactive professional in Thane, India, to handle customer onboarding processes and related documentation. You will coordinate with customers for installations, site visits, deliveries, and service activations while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Service and Installation teams.

You will maintain accurate onboarding records in CRM systems and trackers, follow up with customers and internal teams, and address onboarding queries, escalating

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Coordination or Operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• B2B services, HVAC, SaaS, home services or subscription experience is an advantage.
