Job summary

Aarogya Kaya in Bengaluru is hiring a Health Coach for a voice-process, office-based role. You will guide customers on weight loss and wellbeing, via calls, chats, and email, with a focus on personalized, empathetic support. You will be trained by experts and will work with care and product teams to improve user experience.

We welcome all applicants, with native fluency in English and Hindi required. This full-time role offers in-office work 5 days a week, with Saturday remote, and a schedule

• Handling both pre-purchase inquiries and post-purchase coaching for usage, adherence, and results.
• Being the voice of customers internally by sharing needs, confusion, and feedback with the product team.
• Managing follow-ups, tracking progress, and escalating medical concerns when needed.

As we move on to scaling our operations. We're looking for a high-performance Health Coach for our consumers.

It is a VOICE PROCESS and WORK from OFFICE role.

It is a FEMALE ONLY job.

What You will Do :

This is not your typical consumer assistance job. You're not just answering queries, you are becoming a weight loss coach, trusted guide, and problem-solver for people trying to transform their lives. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering white-glove support: Timely, respectful, and knowledgeable guidance via calls (80%), chats (20%), and email. Every customer should feel they're speaking to an expert who cares. No templated replies real, empathetic conversations that move people forward.
• Handling both pre-purchase inquiries (e.g., product fit, pricing, doubts) and post-purchase coaching (e.g., usage guidance, adherence, result tracking).
• Being the voice of our customers internally - sharing their needs, confusion, and feedback with the product team.
• Managing follow-ups, tracking progress, and escalating medical concerns when needed.

What Were Looking For :

Language skills

Native fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Fluency in other languages will be a huge plus.

Prior Experience

We do not have any prior experience requirement. Everyone is welcome to apply as long as they meet the following three criteria:

• Curious by default : You should want to understand the customer, the science, and the process - not just reply.
• Disciplined and reliable : You will manage daily follow-ups, health logs, calls and chats. We do not micromanage; we expect ownership.
• Quick learner : You will be trained by the best in the business. Well equip you with scripts, science, and psychology but you'll need to pick it up fast and keep evolving.

Work Schedule :

• Work Timings 9:30AM to 6:30PM
• 5 days Work from office from our office at Sakti Statesman, Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd.
• 1 day remote (Saturday)
• Full-time only
