Job summary

Aptiv in India (Ernakulam) is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts and drive on-time delivery across orders.

You will coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance and Quality teams, manage inquiries, analyze demand, and maintain forecasts to support inventory and production planning. Strong communication and SAP/Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities
