Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to clients in all interactions.
• Process and follow-up on service requests to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain internal controls and reporting structures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Execute and manage client transactions across Pre-IPO, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Income, PMS, AIF and other investment products with regulatory compliance.
• Handle end-to-end operations for pre-IPO investments, Mutual Fund and other investment products subscriptions/redemptions.
• Generate leads and convert leads into business.
• Acquire and manage HNI/SME, Affluent clients and individuals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Manage client portfolios and provide advisory solutions based on goals and risk tolerance.

• Execute and manage client transactions across Pre-IPO, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Income, PMS, AIF and other investment products while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and exchange guidelines.
• Handle end-to-end operations for pre-IPO investments, Mutual Fund & other investment products subscriptions/redemptions ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Generating Leads and conversion of leads into business.
• Acquiring and managing HNI/SME, Affluent clients and individuals.
• Maintaining in depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Managing Client portfolios & understand clients financial goals, risk tolerance, investment needs and provide solutions/advisory accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile
