Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or BFSI.
• Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Capital Markets.
• Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve business and revenue targets.
• NISM VIII Equity Derivatives Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and activate new Demat & Trading accounts.
• Generate brokerage revenue through client trading activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.
• Provide market updates, trading ideas, and investment opportunities to clients.
• Cross-sell products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, IPOs, Insurance, and Loans.
• Achieve monthly AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Monitor client portfolios and identify business opportunities.
• Resolve client queries and coordinate with operations/support teams.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and company policies.
• Regularly engage inactive clients and increase wallet share.

About the Role
