Job summary

Tata Capital in Chennai invites applications for a Two Wheeler Loans role. Under supervision, you will identify customers for potential business, collect and validate documents, and follow the disbursement process.

You will ensure sanction ratios align with organisational needs and assist in cross-selling products while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will also help empanel new vendors and foster relationships, ensuring adherence to Audit and RBI regulations.

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
