Job summary

Tata Capital seeks an operations associate in Odisha to identify customers for potential business, collect and validate documents, and log cases in the system under supervision.

You will process disbursement steps, determine sanction ratios as per norms, and ensure customer needs are met while cross-selling multiple products under guidance. You will also assist in vendor empanelment and ensure compliance with RBI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business under guidance of Supervisor/Manager
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms
• Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement
• Fulfil sanction ratio as per organisation requirements
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under guidance
• Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them under supervision
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations under guidance of Manager/Supervisor

Job description

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
