Tata Capital Finance Ltd in Cochin (Cochin, Kerala) invites applications for a Customer Service Executive - Personal Loans to support the Core Connect team. You will work under supervision to identify customers for potential business and help collect documents.

You will log cases in the system, assist with disbursement processes, aim to meet customer needs, and, under guidance, participate in vendor empanelment and compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• Empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations
