Red Hibiscus Info Solutions in Hyderabad invites graduates or undergraduates to join an International inbound voice process, handling customer queries for a US telecom client. The role operates on a night shift with 5 working days and 2 rotational offs.

Candidates must have excellent English communication and at least 1 year of experience in an international inbound voice process. Night shift and cab facilities are provided; location is Hyderabad, India.

It is an International inbound voice process where associates have to resolve customer queries over the call.

It's US telecom voice process.

5 days working & 2 rotational offs

Both-way cab facilities are available.

Salary: up to 4.6 LPA (depends on experience and interview performance)
