Job summary

Night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST) is in-office in Mohali, with Monday to Friday workdays plus select Saturdays.

Weekly Off: Sunday + 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday

We are looking for Customer Service Executives with excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will interact with customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, maintain relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in CRM systems.
• Meet assigned sales, service, and KPI targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
