Job summary

Tata Capital in India seeks a candidate to assist in loan disbursement with a focus on reducing delinquency. You will work under the supervisor/manager to identify customers, collect documents, and log cases in the SOP system for processing.

The role involves helping achieve sanction ratios, meeting customer requirements, and cross-selling multiple products under supervision. You will also help empanel new vendors and support RBI/audit compliances as required.

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
