Job summary

Tata Capital in India seeks a candidate to assist the Supervisor/Manager in loan disbursement activities with minimal delinquency. The role involves identifying customers for potential business, collecting and validating documents, and logging cases in the system as per SOP.

Under supervision, you will help achieve sanction targets, meet customer needs, cross-sell products, and work with management to ensure RBI/compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Under graduate or graduate in any discipline; perform tasks under supervision.
• Identify customers for potential business; collect and validate documents.
• Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organisation requirement.
• Meet customer requirements & cross-sell multiple products under supervision.
• Empanel new vendors with guidance and develop relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Audit / RBI regulations.

Under Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager - With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business - Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms - Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
