Job summary

PeopleStrong in India seeks a Graduate to join our branch team. You will promote products, cross-sell, drive customer acquisition, and maintain daily transaction records to support branch profitability.

Freshers or up to 1 year in lending/financial services are welcome. Strong communication in local language and English is required; broadly relevant education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain positive relations with customers and prospects.

• Conduct promotional activities for marketing and drive referral programs for customer acquisition
