Job summary

Tata Capital in India seeks a diligent candidate to work under supervision to identify potential customers for business, collect documents, validate them as per organizational norms, and log cases in the system as per SOP. You will support disbursement processes and help achieve sanctioned ratios.

You will meet customer requirements, cross-sell products, empanel new vendors, and ensure compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.

Responsibilities

• With the help of Supervisor/Manager, identify potential customers for business.
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per the organization's norms.
• Log the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfill the sanction ratio as per organisation requirement.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
• With help of Manager/Supervisor, empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.
• With help of Manager/Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job description

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager
