Job summary

TP is seeking an international voice process associate in India. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues over the phone, maintaining courtesy and accuracy. The role offers a fast-paced environment with targets on first call resolution and call handling time.

Ideal candidates have 0-5 years in BPO, strong English communication, and are comfortable with US voice processes. Preference for knowledge of US processes, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
