Job summary

CSB Bank in Ramwadi, Maharashtra, is seeking a customer-focused professional to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales of banking products. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and support branch operations to ensure smooth daily activities.

You will collaborate with internal teams, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to service enhancements while leveraging knowledge of savings accounts, loans and credit cards. Prior experience in banking is preferred.
