CSB Bank in Kerala invites applications for a Customer Relationship Executive to build strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and drive the sales of banking products. You will support daily branch operations and coordinate with internal teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
