Job summary

Airtel is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and assist with product inquiries. The role involves promoting Airtel services and resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

The CRO will also be responsible for achieving sales/service targets and maintaining accurate customer records with daily reporting. Candidates should be < 35 years old and hold a bachelor's degree.
