Job summary

Airtel is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) for its Kolkata store. The role focuses on welcoming walk-in customers, promoting Airtel products across Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband, DTH, and accessories, and delivering excellent service while meeting sales targets.

The candidate should be a graduate with at least one year of experience in counter/retail sales or customer service. Experience in telecom or retail is preferred.
