Job summary

You will coordinate with internal departments, handle queries, maintain records in the CRM, and generate MIS reports to support management.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate or postgraduate degree and has 5–7 years of CRM experience, with strong communication and follow-up skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, requests, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Clients Accounts, Projects, Legal, and other departments for customer-related requirements.
• Manage customer documentation, agreements, payment follow-ups, and possession-related processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Send regular project updates, payment reminders, and customer communications.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer concerns.
• Prepare MIS reports and customer service reports for management.
• Support customer retention and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
