Job summary

Nh Construction Pune is seeking a post-sales CRM specialist to manage customer relationships from booking through possession, while coordinating with sales, accounts, and legal teams.

The role requires handling payment schedules, documentation, and onboarding, with a focus on clear communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Based from Sinhagad road, Pune, the candidate will support timely updates and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-sales CRM experience in real estate development or builders.
• Experience in payment collection and customer documentation/tasks.
• Familiarity with real-estate CRM software and MIS reporting.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills are essential.
• Preferred: Marathi, Hindi and English language proficiency.

• Verify booking forms, customer details, payment schedules and required documentation.


• Onboard new customers and explain the post-booking process, payment milestones and documentation requirements.


• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate collection records.


• Coordinate agreement execution, registration, home-loan documentation and other customer formalities.


• Provide customers with timely construction and project-progress updates.


• Handle customer queries, feedback and escalations professionally.


• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, legal and project teams to resolve customer concerns.


• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular MIS reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of post-sales CRM experience with a real-estate developer or builder is mandatory.


• Experience in payment collection, customer documentation, agreements and registration is required.


• Familiarity with real-estate CRM software and MIS reporting is preferred.


• Strong communication and customer-handling skills are essential.


• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English is preferred.
